Since then, Angie has continued to expand her knowledge and qualifications, completing specialised training in barre, reformer, spine corrector, ladder barrels, tower, and Pre- and Post-Natal Pilates.
What Angie loves most about teaching is that every class is a shared journey. She learns alongside her clients—exploring new layers of each movement, experimenting with techniques, adapting cues, and always seeking the most effective ways to help people progress.

Expect to move better, feel stronger, and leave each class feeling accomplished and energised.

Expect Freddie’s classes to be creative, and mindful—with a focus on variety and functional strength.
She’ll challenge you, motivate you, and get you moving out of your comfort zone — and you’ll have great fun doing it!
