Heidi discovered Pilates as part of her own healing journey after sustaining an injury leaving her unable to continue with her high impact gym workouts.
In 2021 she began her journey as a Pilates instructor having an opportunity to undertake an apprenticeship at a classical studio in Hertfordshire.
In 2024 she continued her learning journey with the amazing Joanne Cobbe at J. Pilates training and education where she completed her fully comprehensive classical training.
Inspired by the words of Joseph Pilates “Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness”.
Heidi loves how Pilates can help create strong muscles, washboard abs and improves alignment, but what she loves most about Pilates is the joyful energy and positive attitude that one leaves the class with.

Angie’s journey into Pilates began over a decade ago, when she turned to the practice to help restore her mobility following reconstructive breast cancer surgery.

Elyse
Elyse brings a warm, bubbly energy to every class and has a natural ability to make everyone feel welcome the moment they walk through the studio door. She trained at the renowned Bird College of Performing Arts, completing a three-year Trinity Diploma in Musical Theatre, where she developed not only her performance skills but also a strong appreciation for movement and body awareness.
After completing her Mat and Reformer training with APPI, Elyse discovered her passion for helping people move with confidence, improve strength, and feel their best through Pilates. Her classes are fun, dynamic, and always have a touch of spice! Elyse loves watching her clients grow in both strength and self-belief. She always aims to send them home smiling.
Freddie
Charlie began her fitness journey in 2021, building a strong foundation in Reformer Pilates alongside her training in sports massage therapy. Since then, she has continued to deepen her understanding of movement, strength, and functional biomechanics, complementing her Pilates practice with Personal Training and additional movement-based qualifications.
At Studio Core, Charlie’s classes place Reformer Pilates at the heart of every session, combining controlled, precise movement with thoughtfully layered progressions that challenge strength, stability, and mobility. Her teaching style is supportive yet motivating, helping clients move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their bodies.
Charlie is passionate about creating the perfect balance between powerful, purposeful Pilates work and restorative movement that supports long-term wellbeing. You’ll leave her class feeling thoroughly worked, but in the best possible way.
Lucy
Lucy is a dedicated fitness instructor with a lifelong passion for movement. With over a decade of experience in Barre, Pilates, Reformer Pilates, she has taught a diverse range of clients from corporate professionals to high-profile individuals. Lucy qualified as an instructor in Pilates, Reformer, Barre, with Joanne Cobbe at JPilates in London. She is also qualified in Pre and Post-Natal Pilates.
